Order Cancellations
We process orders within 1 hour after receiving them. This means that in most of the cases order cancellations must be requested in such a time frame. However, once the order is processed on our side we can't reverse it so we recommend you to contact us at shauna@camhanaichfarm.com as soon as you can if you want to cancel your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We proudly stand behind our products and offer a 10 day money back guarantee. That means you have 10 days after you have received your shipment to contact us with a request for a refund.
- Received something damaged by shipping? No problem, we'll make it right.
- Received the wrong product(s)? That's our problem and we'll make that right.
- Not completely satisfied with any of our products? No problem, we'll make that right too.
To return a product, send us an email at shauna@camhanaichfarm.com and provide us with the following information:
- Order Number contained in your order confirmation email. Can't find the email? no problem, just give us a call and we'll look it up for you.
- Reason you would like to return the product(s).
- Phone Number so we may quickly contact you with return instructions.
After we receive the returned products, we'll then process your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
What To Expect From Camhanaich Farm
Refunds - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and that your refund has been processed.
Note that even though we issue your credit the same day we receive the returned products, your bank may take 4-5 days to process the credit.
Shipping - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
Exceptions - We do not offer refunds on gift cards or on products that have been opened and used.
